Investment Criteria

We are flexible in how we structure each investment to meet the needs of the owners and our own return objectives. We invest in both subordinated debt with warrants and equity securities. We have engaged in financings for growth, acquisition, buyouts and recapitalizations for both private companies and small public companies as an active minority investor.

We are looking for companies that have the following characteristics:
     • Experienced management team
     • Large market opportunity
     • Revenue above $10.0 million
     • Growth rate in excess of 20%
     • Positive EBITDA
     • High gross margins
     • Limited ongoing capital expenditures
     • Adequate equity capital
